The 30 day Abs Challenge! Define & Tone your Stomach with this 30 Day at home Ab Challenge, simple exercises combined with a balanced diet and 20 minutes of cardio 3 – 4 times a week. The full routine is written below and don’t forget you can contact me via any of the social links below!

30 Day Squat Challenge Workout:
Week1:
30 Second Hill Climbers
30 Second Twist Throughs
Repeat 5 Times

Week 2:
30 Second Squat Thrusts
30 Second Plank
Repeat 5 Times.

Week 3:
30 Second Froggers
30 Second Plank Walk
Repeat 5 Times.

Week 4:
30 Second Burpees
30 Second Plank Thrust
Repeat 5 Times.

Remember 80% of Abs are made in the Kitchen, 20% by exercise, follow my tops tips to get you there.

  • this might be a really dumb question but I'm new to the world of fittness and wanting to workout and I just want to know if I'm in the right place as a male. i know the male and female bodies are completely different and I was curious if there's anything I need to do differently if so.
