WORKOUT DETAILS:
TIMER 30 Sec: AB LEG UPS
10 PUSH UPS
TIMER 30 Sec: AB LEG UPS
20 PUSH UPS
20 Sit ups
TIMER 30 Sec: butterfly kicks
20 Sit ups
TIMER 30 Sec: butterfly kicks
TIMER 30 Sec: PLANKS FROM EACH SIDE
Hands to feet sit ups

You must do this entire routine 3 times with a 1 minute break in between each set (3 SET)

  • Yo, I finished the 21 day fit challenge, 10 day push up challenge, and now starting this today. Also, the extreme 27 day meal plan was awesome!! I went down 3 inches on my waist, and lost 15 lbs. I have gotten stronger, and look shredded more!!!!!!! Thanks, to God, and Anthony brown giving me the strength & motivation to push through it.
