Try this body weight squat workout and totally CRUSH your legs without picking up a single weight.

Here’s the workout:

Foam roll warm up along with 2 rounds of jumping jacks and body weight traditional squats. Rest 1-2 minutes between rounds.

2 Rounds – 30 sec ON – 15 sec OFF
-In & Out Squat Jump
-Squat Hold
-Pulse Squat (not pulse jump – typo)

3 Rounds – 10 reps
-Frog Squats
-Narrow Squats
-Sumo Squats

2 Rounds (if you can)
-Burpee to Box Jumps – 5 reps
-Toe Squats – 10 reps – 5 sec down / 5 sec up
